Children grow in their bodies in various ways, their internal body systems change, they get taller, they get heavier, and a host of other things. The only defining time of growth would again be during adolescence, when sexual traits and major growth in height occur. During this time there is a lot of hair growth on both of them, although most of the time it is more noticeable on men, for example through facial hair and beards, but the most significant growth shared by the two would be growth in height and changes in hormones.
