The truth was finally revealed when I paid attention to the details of each gender during an ESPN news broadcast. The female journalist did not talk as much as the man or discuss important topics. I may be a little biased, but this is not fair in any way, shape or form. The male reporter talked about each show, his opinion, and talks about 5-10 minutes longer than the female reporter. Is it obvious that a woman does not have the same opportunities as a man? I got a taste of horizontal segregation when a woman is a reporter in a male-centric environment. Some probably ask, why is this a new cast for a sports channel? My theory is that a woman can do everything a man can do, maybe even better or in the same way
