St. Valentine's Day, also known as Valentine's Day, is recognized in most Christian-led countries around the world. The word Valentine's Day comes from the ancient Romans. 'Valens', in Latin, means worthy. The Latin meaning of Valentine's Day is; Valentine and represents several holy martyrs of the time. There are many different legends and versions about the origin of Valentine's Day. The most established legend is that during 3rd century Rome, Emperor Claudius II made the marriage of young men illegal. He felt that young, single men made better soldiers. Valentine, a clergyman, thought this was a great injustice and would secretly marry young couples. When it was discovered, he was sentenced to death and for this he became known as a martyr (one who will choose death rather than renounce religious principles)....
