For over two decades the deli has offered hot soups and sides. All soups and sides are pre-packaged and frozen. The frozen bags are thawed in a rethermalizer which heats them until they are ready to be served. The collaborators distribute the hot soups and side dishes based on what the customer ordered. Wawa offers many different sizes and bowls. The problem that gastronomy is having is portioning. Associates should fill the containers with a certain amount of product. The amount is determined by the company and largely due to liability. Soups cannot be placed too high in the containers because, for example, there may be a risk of burns. The price is already considered with the quantity or product that you intend to portion in each container.
