Each course provided me with specific information that I felt I could immediately bring back to class and use. For example, I learned how to analyze data so I can dive deeper into our specific TEKs and see where my students are struggling and refocus on that TEK in subsequent lessons. I also learned to recognize different types of motivations and how to exploit them for each student. Now I can create lessons that my students will enjoy by motivating them and giving them some mastery of the lesson. I chose the fifth week for both of these courses because the fifth week is when I showed off what I learned in the course and for both of these courses I created a product that I was proud to show off.
