It is therefore natural that current residents are skeptical about how the construction project will ultimately affect their usual daily functions. However, the building project will consist of the construction of a residential skyscraper and of the current area the residents can actually see this particular situation as a non-threatening means for the positioning of the building regarding its location and physical appearance. It is for this reason that representatives of the construction project should try to convince the current residents of the area that the construction project will not affect their usual daily functions, but is simply a more convenient means of residential settlement.
