Introduction: The fundamental key in human resources is people. They are considered the main component of every organization. The role of human resources is to maintain effective financial resources for the organization. Also, directing, planning, organizing and controlling to achieve the goals set by an organization. The main goal of every organization is to continue to perform well every year. High performance can only be achieved by choosing the right person in the right place at the same time. However, the person needs many things to function well. Therefore, the human resources department will be there to ensure all the needs of the staff to keep them satisfied and performing well. The human resources department must offer motivation, training, a good working environment and all necessary equipment and working machines to all the people it recruits in order to value and reward them for their work and the results they provide to the organization, and supporting them to develop the organization and increase their skills and abilities. Human resource management is the process of recruiting, selecting, developing, utilizing, compensating and motivating the organization's personnel to satisfy them. Human resources is about “managing people in organizations as effectively as possible for the good of employees, the business, and society” (schuler, 1998, p27). Literature Review: "Human resource management is the planning, organizing, directing, and control of the procurement, development, and resources in order to achieve individual and social objectives."
